There are now hundreds of thousands of apps available for
your iPhone or iPod. I have never paid for an app because I find that some of
the best ones are free! I thought I would share some of the ones I find most
exciting. I welcome you all to list your favorite free apps too.
AutoRap
I have been having wayyyy too much fun with this app lately.
I encourage all of you to download this, it will bring a smile to your face.
AutoRap provides a variety of free beats to choose from where you can talk into
the app and it turns your sentences into a song. You can truly test your real-life
rapping capabilities. This app is really easy to use and it auto tunes your
voice so it is absolutely hilarious if you put together funny sentences that
rhyme. I did this with my niece and it makes me laugh every time I listen to
it. The best thing about this app is that you can share your “rappertoire” with
your friends via email, Facebook or Twitter.
All Recipes
This app is great as it allows you to get recipes on the go.
You can find recipes by ingredient or spin for quick inspiration. When you find
a recipe you like, you add it to your favorites so that it is right at your
fingertips.
RedLaser Barcode Scanner
This is an app where you can scan or search for items to
make sure you have all of the information including product details, ratings,
reviews and price comparison. This is a great app if you want to save yourself
some money while shopping for electronics and other items.
Shazam
Shazam is an app that is deceptively simple. All you have to
do is hold your phone near a music source and wait while the app listens and
tells you who the artist is and what the song is called. This app keeps a log
of all the songs you Shazammed and you can even look at the YouTube videos,
read the lyrics, find concert & tour information on the artist or delete
the song altogether.
Instagram
You can take a photo, add a filter into it and upload it.
This is now used by millions of people. You can upload and share your photos or
browse other people’s albums.
